Our clients – corporates, private individuals, galleries, hospitality business owners and interior designers alike –share our belief in felt art’s unique ability to create iconic spaces and to enhance the environments in which we work and live. Felt artwork adds a sophisticated finish to an office and creates a professional and warm atmosphere. Leasing Dianne Schepers` one-off extraordinary felt artworks provides an easy way of experiencing a felt work of art on an intimate level and creating a unique atmosphere. In addition, felt has the unique characteristic to reduce sound and solve acoustic issues, if any.
Low monthly pricing and our curating assistance makes it easy to find the felt artwork which best suits your space. In addition, businesses can usually treat the cost of renting artwork as an operating expense and reduce taxes.
How does it work?
- You choose the felt artwork you like. We can assist you with the curating.
- We enter into a flexible lease agreement (with an initial minimum lease term of 6 months, and subsequent consecutive 3-month lease terms).
- We organise insurance and transportation (and at your option installation)
- You enjoy the art in your premises or home.
- At any time during the lease you can buy the felt artwork. 50% of the net lease fees (excluding costs) paid after the first 3 months of lease can be applied to the purchase price of the felt art work.
Q: Which felt artworks are available?
A: Please send us an email request. We will provide you with the updated list of current available fine felt art works including the respective sales prices and monthly rent rates.
